Absolutely. HAY Trails is designed to accommodate everyone, regardless of fitness or mobility levels. Our routes are tailored to suit your needs, and we’ll always go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Nothing fancy! Just dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather—layers and waterproofs are always a good idea in Scotland. If you’re unsure, we can discuss what’s best before your session.

Sessions typically last up to one hour, but don’t worry if that feels like too much. We can do a hybrid session, starting with some time outdoors and then finishing back in the cosy therapy space.

Absolutely. While walking in nature is wonderful, your comfort is the priority. If the weather isn’t suitable, we can move the session indoors to the therapy space where you’ll still feel supported and at ease.
